Avoca N.S. at the Camogie Blitz

The 5th and 6th class girls went to Aughrim on Thursday last to participate in an Inter Schools Football Blitz. The girls did us proud by winning all of their games. They played against lots of other local schools and enjoyed both the football and meeting up with old and new friends on the day. Thanks to Ms Corcoran, Ms Creaton and Helen Penn for organising the event and for assisting on the day.The school was represented today by Leah Fox, Meabh Moore, Kate Doyle, Leah O'Reilly, Nicole Murray, Hannah McGeachan, Emily Reddy and Ciara Winterbotham
